Appointments are preferred on Wednesday and Friday. Walk-ins are welcome but not guaranteed to be seen.  On Saturday from 10:30 to 1:00pm, by APPOINTMENTS ONLY. NO WALKINS are accepted. All patients are prescreened with a telephonic conversation by a health assistant.

 

Please wear MASK and gloves before visiting clinic as these are not provided by the Clinic.

DEPT OF HEALTH: FREE HEALTH SCREENINGS AND VACCINATIONS

The Florida Dept. of Health is resuming their on-site visit to UMSS starting Friday, May 28th. 

​

Free health screens including cholesterol, A1C, and STD/HIV testing will be performed. Vaccinations will be provided subject to availability.

Call in advance for COVID Tests, Vaccinations, Flu shots .

FLDOH contracts with UMSS to provide sovereign immunity.
